How can I get a refund for the lack of service? I have not been able to make or receive calls for a few days now. Any ideas

Use the iD online Live Chat service and speak to a customer adviser, ​@Jfran

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays - tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

If you’re still unable to make or receive calls, please try restarting your phone, or toggling Airplane Mode on and off.
