repeated messages asking if i want to connect to icloud

If you're repeatedly being prompted to connect to iCloud, we'd recommend trying the following:

• Make sure your iPhone is running the latest version of iOS.
• Check that you have a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.
• Go to Settings > [Your Name] and make sure you're signed in with the correct Apple ID.
• Check your available iCloud storage by going to Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud.
• Sign out of iCloud and back in again (which you've already tried).
• Restart your iPhone.
• If the prompt continues, try resetting your network settings by going to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

If the issue still persists after trying the above, we'd recommend contacting Apple Support, as they'll be able to investigate whether there's an issue with your Apple ID or iCloud account.
