Roaming add on not working


Purchased a £20 roaming add on for Australia but no connection, tried everything

The iD Roam Beyond data add-on product seems somewhat problematic for many customers, judging by posts in this forum. 

If you’ve got a dual-SIM and eSIM capable phone, maybe get a data-only eSIM with a travel plan for Australia instead. I used a data-only travel eSIM from GoMoWorld when I visited Australia.

How to contact Id Mobile for a refund please? I purchased £20 Add-on for South Africa this week and did EVERYTHING mentioned in the community help pages to no avail. I was stuck with no data to even call an Uber

What networks are you both currently connected to?

 

Did you purchase the add-on before going abroad, or whilst there?

Hi Tyler. I bought the £20 add on via airport WiFi in Johannesburg due to the length of travel time. I ensured I logged on to the network recommended by the forum from others who also had no luck getting on line. (started with a T). I did restarts and did everything recommended. 
In the future for travels outside of Europe, I will use the app ‘airalo’ eSIM for apple products. 
My add on South Africa package expired this morning Sunday after 5 days so without a real person iDmobile contact due to the weekend, I was unable to request my £20 back. :-(

Good evening, I bought a £20 add on for Marrakech and unfortunately nothing i did would make it work, in the end I had to purchase an esim

@Tyler  Yes, please PM me for a refund. I have screen prints by date showing no data usage if needed for root cause analysis presentation to management.
