My phone contract was was changed over 2days ago I have no call s and no internet I requested a new SIM card still not arrived Please advise how to get my phone working

Probably best to have a web chat with the iD customer service team, about problems with your iD account, ​@Roy McDonald

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays - tell 24/7 bot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

You should receive your new activated SIM card shortly in the post. If you need one urgently, you can pick one up from any Currys store during opening hours for free, and activate it via the iD Mobile app/website or via contacting us to do so for you.

Hi can I use my old SIM card the new one didn’t arrive still no phone for 3 days Please adise

If your old SIM card has been deactivated it cannot be reactivated, have you requested a replacement SIM card be delivered or picked one up from a Currys store?
