My phone contract was was changed over 2days ago I have no call s and no internet I requested a new SIM card still not arrived Please advise how to get my phone working

Hi
If your old SIM card has been deactivated it cannot be reactivated, have you requested a replacement SIM card be delivered or picked one up from a Currys store?
Once you have it, you’ll be able to activate it at the following;
