I have the same email address for 2 ID mobile accounts/phone numbers, I added both numbers to the one account. Now one of the numbers has been removed from the account, I can only re add it with a verification text to that number which is not possible. I am abroad and I was advised by ID mobile that they have roaming in this country, which they do not. I am now unable to access my account and need to somehow get PAC numbers for both of my phone numbers under the same account as I need to transfer to a company who is able to provide roaming in our current destination for business purposes. I hope that makes sense? Any help would be much appreciated.
