@Ian Mathew To avoid receiving nuisance calls, you can register with the Telephone Preference Service (TPS) free of charge. They’ll add you to the list of numbers that don’t want to receive sales and marketing calls. If you think you are experiencing fraudulent calls, you can text CALL to 7726 to report a nuisance call and we’ll open an investigation.

Hello @Ian Mathew

Thank you for getting in touch.

We appreciate this must be concerning. Did you provide any account/personal information?

Do you believe the call may have charged you?

Thanks,

@Ian Mathew  Sadly this has been the norm for a number of year along with text message.

You can block these number via your device.

Go to you call log or call history, recents and without calling the number should give you an option to save edit or block select block. Any scam numbers your aware of just block them in this way.

Hi @Ian Mathew

Okay, we’d recommend avoiding calling back scam callers/numbers you don’t recognise and blocking them.
