I have taken out a second ID contract sim only for a mobile wifi router. Can I add this to my same account in the ID app.

Thanks for this information most appreciated, as my sim is in a mobile WIFI device I cant receive texts ( I think) is there a way to confirm without the sms text message

See if you can log into the mobile WiFi device settings page and there may be an option for SMS in there. If not you will have to put the SIM into a handset to get the OTP.

Hey there @Murf, we hope the great advice from @MZone has been able to help.

In terms of registering, if we only officially support the usage of our SIM cards inside approved handset devices, so our security protocols for registering is made as such. Therefore, to register your account, you will need to put the SIM card into a phone to receive the one-time passcode.

Thanks,

Tyler
