Services haven't been reinstated after payment has been made

Hi @Jainge92, @andewhite is correct here. In rare cases, it can take up to 24-hours before the bar is lifted.

However, if this is still an issue, and the payment has gone through, the bar will need to be lifted manually by a member of the team.

Sometimes it may take as long as 24-hours before a late payment is registered and processed by iD Mobile’s systems, @Jainge92

Sometimes restarting your handset can help restore services.
