Currently i’m only able to cap my bill to £25, how do I increase this to say £100?

The cap showing in your account will be the maximum based on your credit score.

Hey there @Maz1985, as kindly advised by @MZone, your cap is set based on your credit score.

You can increase/decrease it via logging into the iD Mobile app/website, and it’ll let you know the highest you can set it to, and the highest we offer is £75.00 either way.
