Sim activation

Hello

Im trying to join ID Mobile.

I went into currys and was given a SIM card. I put the sim in my phone but have no service.

The sim booklet has no mention of my telephone number and I’m unsure how I get this when I have no service?

I did find a number in my cellular setting of my device but when I put this number into the sim activation web form on the id mobile website it just simply says sorry a technical issues occurred

That guide suggests my sim should come pre-activated which it hasn’t. The other option is the sim activation form and which I’ve mentioned I’ve already tried.

Have you checked you have coverage in your area and the phone you’re using is 4G compatible - scroll down the page on the above link to the SIM card not working? section.
