Hi Guys, my order with ID mobile completed on the 14th of March and said it would be delivered on the 18th by Royal Mail. I’ve called them and they have said all they can do is prompt local mail services to send it but that if I haven’t received it by Monday the 24th to get in touch with the sender (ID Mobile) to submit a inquiry into there the parcel is.
It’s been some time now I’ve been without a SIM card and id really just love for this issue to be solved. I can’t log into my ID mobile account as when it sends me the text message I can’t receive it as I don’t have my SIM card.
Is there anything I can do is it too late to switch to an ESIM?
