If you ordered from the iD website, your order number would normally be displayed online after you submitted your order details.

Thereafter it appears in the iD order acknowledgement email, and the iD order complete email.

Have you receive any emails from iD Mobile @samharper? 

I did receive emails from iD Mobile regarding my order, but I no longer have them
