New to ID.. ESIM didn’t work. Got posted a physical sim. This doesn’t work. ID say my phone is locked. My phone says it is not. Getting NOWHERE with ID on the chat. Was with 02 and never had any problems before. Any suggestions?

+26Could you tell me which phone you have and where you got it? Also, what does the screen display when you insert the iD Mobile SIM card?
I have IPhone 13 Pro. The screen just said. ID WIFI Call. But i cant make any calls, and the phone just works of my home wifi
+26What happens when you turn off WiFi calling? The SIM must be working; otherwise, WiFi calling wouldn’t show up on the phone.
