sim only with no mobile so I cant register

I have a sim only for a dongle, I have been trying to cancel my account for over a week, I have a phone number but no phone as it’s a sim only, does anytime know how to cancel as when I try and register it says a code will get sent to my mobile.

the whole process is painful as you can’t call anyone

Hi ​@Nic65, I am so sorry but our sim cards and eSim are for phones as our plans. To log o register for an online account you need to have the sim card in a phone so you can get the code, even if you insert the sim for a few minutes. You can contact our customer service team to assist with the disconnection via live chat as well. 
9am - 8pm Monday to Friday
9am - 6pm Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays.
