I've just upgraded my SIM only contact to another SIM only contact. I'm being sent a new SIM card but can I continue to use my existing SIM? If I have to use the new SIM card then will my existing number be usable on the new SIM card?

An upgrade order would normally be processed within 24-hours,
Your existing iD SIM should continue to work - a new (inactive) iD SIM might be dispatched, in case your existing SIM doesn’t fit your upgrade (iD seem to assume you’ll always be upgrading your phone).
