SMS message failures

I’ve recently switched to ID Mobile and everything works fine except my text (SMS) messages. 
When I send a text message, I get a ‘message failed to send’ notification, even though the recipient does in fact receive the message. 

However, when they reply, I don’t receive their response!

Ive reloaded the SIM card and also have good mobile coverage, so that’s not the problem.  I use an iPhone SE which has always worked well.

Anyone have any ideas how to fix this problem please?

There’s a couple of things to try, which usually fix this problem, ​@VLatter

  • If running iOS 18 or later, check the phone number is correct under Settings > Apps > Phone.
  • Do a network reset on your iPhone, with the iD SIM.
    The iOS user guide should explain all the reset procedures for your device.
