Hi, I switched over from Vodafone to ID mobile on 20/2/25 and email confirmation said my old contract would be automatically stopped and I didn’t need to do anything once PAC number included. I thought I followed all instructions but I am still paying Vodafone contract, what should I do please?

I understood I’d done all that but I went through the motions in the link and now I have a porting date. Thank you! 🙏
