Termination inquiry due to contract expiration.


Hello,

 

I would like to end my contract with iD Mobile when it expires on July 4, 2024.

What steps do I need to take?

 

For reference, I am leaving the UK on June 29, 2024, so I want to ensure the process is completed before I leave.

 

Please let me know what to do.

We’ll be able to arrange a 30 day disconnection to cancel and disconnect your plan in 30 days.
