I can only find old answers to this question, and would like some up to date information. I have been with iD mobile for years, and have been able to use my phone and data allowance when roaming within the EU. However, I have never managed to tether another device. From past posts here, I am confused as to whether or not this should be possible. Please can someone tell me if I can tether another device while roaming in the EU, and if so, how? Thank you.

+26I think the fact iD Mobile don’t provide support for tethering, while not actually prohibiting or preventing you from doing so, suggests the issue is a bit of a minefield, which they want to avoid.
In addition, you should bear in mind iD Mobile have an open data policy, which means there’s fair use amount for your plan’s data allowance while roaming in one of the iD EU Band 1 inclusive roaming destinations.
