Text Messages/ Calls delay

Hello - I have not been receiving text messages from certain people over the last week . Is there any update when this would be resolved? Also have terrible reception on phone calls where there is a delay or just cuts off. 

 

Hope someone can help.

    Hi Natalie - Handset was Samsung S24 no outage errors via the link for my postcode. 

    Live chat advisor (sisipho) advised to perform reset network settings.
