Hi 

in response not having network and having missed important calls like interviews last month and have no response compensation from your service 

just wanted to know that there is another update night for iOS wondering whether your network is able to cope with that or not or is it likely to happen again with no network coverage and you guys asking us to do change settings? If there is another gloop like last month I would like to move to another network without any issues on the contract

Hello

 

this network is giving me trouble and just taking my money every month c I have contacted apple and it is not an issue with the phone it is your network can I please have a human call me fro your network so I can agree to leave your network because this is a headache

Firstly I would advise that you check the coverage and network status using the link below:

If you don’t see any issues I would advise that you test the SIM in another handset.

I don’t have another handset to check I think the sim you sent is faulty for sure you guys are joke
