transaction number

I haven’t received and email containing my transaction number and need it asap to swap my number over

iD’s live chat should be able to provide the transaction number

Their Live Chat team are available 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 6pm Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays.

You can access Live Chat here: www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat.

Probably starting the chat with either speak to person or talk to person as this bypasses the automated chat bot.

Let us know how you get on (though if they can’t sort you could try iD’s social accounts or even wait to see if a member of team on here can assist).
