transfer number from me to daughter

Thanks for getting in touch, and happy birthday to your daughter for tomorrow!

Unfortunately, we're not able to change the account holder's name or perform an internal number transfer from one iD Mobile account to another.

If she'd like to keep using the existing number, the options would be to either:

• Upgrade the existing plan, or
• Transfer the number to another network using a PAC and then, if she wishes, join iD Mobile in her own name.

If you're happy for your daughter to manage the existing account, you can grant her third-party access. The account holder will need to complete the Third Party Bill Management form, which can be found here: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/legal/accessibility 

The Direct Debit details can also be updated to your daughter's bank account if she'd like to make the payments herself.
