Hi Kash, i’ve just joined id mobile, trying to port my number from EE, however the PAC code is repeatedly not accepted by id mobile. Is there any way you could help?

Hey there
If not, please ensure you’re using the transaction code that begins with a “4” on the port-in form.
If issues persist, please let us know.
