Hi there. I have recently bought a new phone through ID mobile as it was cheaper than upgrading my current plan with ID mobile. But as a result the new phone has come with a new SIM card and phone number. So I want to carry on using my current number which is also on an ID SIM card but my contract is expiring soon. How do I go about that? I have tried to contact customer service on a number of times and it just says that no one is available to help and then end my chat

Hi
To keep your current iD Mobile number on your new iD Mobile SIM:
- Get a PAC code from your old iD SIM (text PAC DDMMYY to 65075).
2. Transfer your number to a PAYG SIM from another network using the PAC.
3. Get a new PAC code from that PAYG SIM.
4. Use it to transfer your number to your new iD SIM via iD Mobile’s switching portal.
This workaround is needed because iD Mobile doesn’t allow number transfers between two of its own SIMs directly.
