Hi @Hemmick Reed,
That certainly sounds frustrating, especially as you've already worked through such an extensive list of troubleshooting steps.
Before going ahead with a factory reset, there are a couple of additional things you could try:
- Check whether there's a software update available for the handset.
- Remove and reinsert the SIM, ensuring it's seated correctly.
- Reset your network settings if your device offers this option separately.
- Check the handset's APN settings are correct.
- If you're using a dual-SIM device, ensure the correct SIM is selected for mobile data, calls and texts.
- Try the phone in Safe Mode (if supported) to rule out any third-party apps causing interference.
As you've mentioned that the SIM works perfectly in your Samsung A20e, the issue does appear to be related to the handset rather than the network itself. However, if you've exhausted all available troubleshooting and the problem persists, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Service Team via Live Chat.
They can run some additional checks and, if appropriate, arrange a replacement SIM for testing purposes to completely rule out the SIM as a contributing factor: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat
Hopefully one of the additional steps above helps avoid the need for a factory reset, but if not, our Live Chat team will be able to advise on the next steps.
