Trying to keep my old number but app saying PAC code is invalid

Hi. I have just purchased a new phone and a SIM with iD. I wanted to keep my old number so requested a PAC code from my previous provider. They sent me one beginning with TSC. I registered this PAC code when I purchased the phone and Sim, but my old number does not seem to have ported over. I purchased the package on 31.12.21. I have tried to register the PAC on the app and I just get the message that either the phone number or PAC are incorrect. I’m very keen to keep my old number, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    Hello @Mand Warman,

    The best option is using the iD Live Chat service between 9am and 8pm weekdays (or 9am to 6pm weekends).

    An iD agent will help you with your PAC - just type “talk to a person” after you get connected, which will avoid the 24/7 chat-bot.
