Unable To get a Data Conection while roaming in France

Hi

I have a ID Mobile SIM in my car to provide a data conection for my car systems. This worked perfectly well in the UK until I arrived in France. I now can’t get a Data connection which stops me getting live traffic information etc. I have checked on the ID Mobile App and roaming is switched ON on SIM settings.

I have checked the settings on the car network and I have the following but think some of the settings are wrong because they are blank ?

Network Settings: 3 UK

Newwork Provider: Orange F

Data Roming:          ON

Access Point Name:  three.co.uk

Username:                  BLANK

Passkey:                     BLANK

Authentication:            Normal

These are the only settings I have and I have tried removing and reinstalling the SIM card with no joy.

I have no other phone that takes the full size SIM so can’t check the SIM in a phone.

Please can someone advise of a solution ?

Looks like device thinks it’s using a three SIM.

You’re with iD right?

The iD roaming partners in France are: BYTEL or BOUYGTEL, Free Mobile and Orange.

Within the replies section, at the bottom of the “How to prepare your phone for a trip abroad” community article, there’s more about the Name/APN values to use in the network settings.
