Can you confirm the make and model of the handset you are using?

Do you get any error messages when trying to call?

Also have you tested the SIM in a different handset to see if that makes a difference?

Samsung S23 ultra,

No error message, call simply terminates without ringing the number

95% of time unable to make calls

Call you issue a replacement SIM?

Data works all the time, which is interesting

Tried in a different phone, I think there is an issue with the SIM and the network can someone please call me to arrange a replacement SIM
