I’ve recently moved my number over from another provider to 1D.The port of the number was supposed to have been completed on Monday, however, since then I’ve been unable to receive any incoming calls or texts. Outgoing calls works fine.I’ve been on with Live Chat but that was a complete waste of time and all I got in reply was a copy and paste of an FAQ.There isn’t a number for customer services so I don’t know how I get this resolved.I can’t say I’m overly impressed with 1D so far
