unable to select date of switch after adding pac and stuff

Was unable to enter PAC code while buying sim. No option.

No tried switching from website as well as app. After dropping all the details have to select switch date but it doesn't give you that option.

Please help

Yes, that’s correct, please try using the link shared above:

https://my.idmobile.co.uk/switch-to-id/keep-number

This is the correct page to submit your PAC code and choose your switch date. Once completed, your number transfer should be scheduled, and you’ll receive a confirmation when it’s processed.

Thank you for the response. Tried that. Still the same issue. After adding in the details I'm unable to enter date of switch
