unlimited data not working abroad

My daughter has unlimited data but is unable to use it. She is currently in Belgium 

mans her location will not work

    Sorry to hear this, is it just data they’re unable to use?

     

    How are texts and calls?

     

    Have they tried manually connecting to a network instead of using automatic network selection in the settings?
