unlimited minutes?

Hi Newbie to Id mobile, we’re about to lose our landline due to our isp stopping copper lines. 
my wife calls her bestie every month for a catch up and with our landline plan it meant stopping the call at 59 minutes then recalling to continue for the next 59 minutes our landline had unlimited anytime minutes as does our mobile plans. Will she still have to end the call at 59 minutes and redial like before or can she just keep going until they’ve caught up with their chatting?
