Hi does anyone know what I have to do to unlock my Samsung s23, I have just upgraded and stayed with id but I want to sell my old phone  I presumed it would just be unlocked as I have kept the sim and phone number.

From Dec 2021 the networks in the U.K. are not allowed to lock phones. So it should be unlocked.

    I can confirm, we do not handsets to the iD Mobile network so it should work with another providers SIM. 

    Have you tested this? If yes, what is shown on screen please?
