upgrade for new plan with new mobile

Hi, I have a question. Until now, I had an active plan with ID. Yesterday, I upgraded my plan and ordered a new phone with a new two-year contract.

I would really like to keep the phone number I've been using so far, but I'm not sure whether the new phone will automatically work with my current number or if I need to transfer it.

Could you please help me with this? Thank you.

Just put existing SIM into new phone; simples😗

Thank you for getting in touch with us. 

 

If you upgraded your existing iD Mobile account, your current phone number will automatically remain on your account. Once you receive your new phone you can place your sim that you already have or you can activate it with the SIM provided, your existing number will continue to work, so there is no need to transfer it.
