upgrade needed

Hi

I'm not due to upgrade till 21st may but need a new phone now. Can I change plan and get a new phone now.

I'm disabled and need a phone to call for help when needed or the balance 

It's rather urgent

Hey there ​@Murphy Fiford, unfortunately, we can only offer early upgrades up-to 60-days for 24-month contracts, and up-to 30-days for 12-month contracts.

 

Whichever date shows via the iD Mobile app/website will indeed be the earliest upgrade date we can offer.

Usually you can’t upgrade until the date shows on your app/account. You can try calling the sales team on 02071391397 between 9am-6pm Monday-Friday, and they should be able to help further.

Failing that can you borrow a phone off a friend/relative until then?
