upgrade not showing on account


Hi, I upgraded my plan around 2 weeks ago but it’s not showing on my account I bought a plan for 120gb data

Sorry to hear that the upgrade isn’t reflecting. Did you receive confirmation of the upgrade?

You may need to log out and log back into the app for it to refresh.

I’ve got an email confirming the new contract, ive logged out and in of the app but its not updating
