I’ve got a Samsung Galaxy S24 and voicemail is switched on and when I check my id account, voicemail is switched on but doesn’t work.
Voicemail did work fine on my previous S22 with id mobile account so why isn’t it working now?
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Have you tried dialling 123 from your mobile to see if you need to reset it to your new phone?
I don’t know all the techy stuff but it may be this simple.
The other option is to speak to the Live Chat team (Live Chat is available 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 6pm Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays). To avoid the 24/7 chat-bot, type “talk to a person” in the chat message box.
