Voicemail constantly deleting outgoing message!

For a long time now my ID Mobile voicemail outgoing message gets deleted and I have to re-record and save a new one. Each time it is confirmed as working and I test it now and again by phoning myself.This is extra annoying because it is only when someone I know lets meit’s gone know that I realise I have to deal with it once more….This is nothing to do with a full message box (I only get a few messages per month and I clear them regularly anyway).I have seen other users comment on the same issue.So when is ID Mobile going to fix this?

Upon request, the initials and county of the winner will be available by sending an SAE to the Promoter at the address below. Such requests should not be sent until 28 days after the draw.
