Voicemail issue

My custom voicemail message keeps reverting back to the system greeting. I need to re-record it every couple of weeks which is becoming annoying. I presume it’s due to some kind of technical glitch. I’m considering leaving ID Mobile if it isn’t sorted out because I’ve seen other customer’s comments about it.

    How long has this been an issue for?

     

    Have you tried disabling and re-enabling voicemail?
