When I phone a number it tells me I have dialed the customer payment helpline


When I phone a number it tells me I have dialed the customer payment helpline, need my phone ASAP as use it for work & do not have a landline

It can take 2-24 hours for services to resume once you make payment.

I'm having same issue.. Says my bill is up to date and hangs up... So why no data or calls then??

Hi @Alibrown

 

It sounds like a bar is on your account for having not kept up to date with bills, please ensure that bills are kept up to date and paid.

 

If your bills are paid and up to date but you’re still having issues, please let us know.

 

It’s also worth noting that iD Mobile plans are for personal use only, not business.

im having the same issue i paid it earlier today and still not working

I just made an account to say that the waiting time is absolutely absurd. I’ve got an emergency here and I can’t contact the recipient simply because my payment didn’t go through the first time. Creating the inconvience for me which I really don’t appreciate.
I’ll learn from this though

Sorry you feel that way, we’re not trying to waste time here, but we aren’t a live chat here.

 

We’d always recommend a direct debit to be enabled to ensure payments are on time and no services are disrupted.

 

Manual payments may lead to disrupted services if payment isn’t made on time.
