where do i submit my PAC code

I jave just recieved my new sim but want to keep my old number. Ive activated the new sim but cant find where to submic my pac. Help?

Just discovered that my phone is NOT eSim compatible. 😖 Could you please send me a physical sim ASAP. Thanks.

Please see my last message. I need a physical sim asap and any installation instructions I need to get up and running. Been with out service for 2 days now. If you get it posted today I might have a chance of getting it tomorrow.

Thank you for your post. I am sorry to hear you’ve been without service. I understand how frustrating that must be.

 

You can pick up a replacement SIM from your nearest Currys store at no extra cost, which is usually the quickest option. Alternatively, you can contact us via Live Chat and we can arrange for a SIM to be delivered to your home within 2 working days: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat.

 

Once you’ve received your SIM, you can activate it by visiting: www.idmobile.co.uk/yoursim.

 

This should get you back up and running as soon as possible.

Hi ​@Amanda2374

 

Please follow these steps:

  1. Open the iD Mobile app and log in
  2. Go to My Account / Orders
  3. Select your active order or SIM plan
  4. Tap on Keep my number or Transfer my number
  5. Select PAC transfer
  6. Enter your PAC code in the required field
  7. Confirm the details to submit the request

Once submitted, your number transfer will be processed, and your existing number will be moved over to your iD Mobile SIM.

 

Please note that your current provider will continue billing you until the transfer has completed successfully.

It won’t let me access account when I log in it just asks for ID mobile number
