Where is my iPhone 16 Pro Max

Weird question but I was offered a deal with ID mobile to renew on the phone, I was promised launch day delivery.

I have had no email at all beyond virtually signing the documents to confirm the contract several days ago, did he mean that it was launch day dispatch? or have I just been lied to fully?

I thought I would have had some sort of update from ID or the delivery services. 

I tried to do live chat several times to no avail. and apparently there's literally no phone services anymore!

I been having a preorder iphone 16 pro max  few weeks a go today I been there too receive it the parcel  

they scanned it the iPhone  box the guy from there I was happy with that because I have the iPhone after few weeks waiting so I was exciting  because I have new iPhone 16 pro max  after few minutes I realise the box is demage  I asked the guy from there to exchange it with the good box not demage 

he telling me I’m demage the box iPhone and he can do nothing because in a his hand was okay .  he scanned the box  and was okay. I was there they see me and they accused me to demage the iPhone box  and he said they can do nothing because few minutes ago was ok  

now they can do nothings sorry was currys staff and when I getting at home I realised was empty box with no iPhone inside    And after I realised what happened why the box is demage the staff takes the phone and given me empty box curry’s guys

I bought from curry’s  and they say to contact the provider 

I talk with them customer service id network and they don’t know what to do
