We are sorry to hear there have been two payments taken from your account.

Can you please confirm if you pay via direct debit or card?

Are both payments showing taken on both the iD Mobile app and the your bank statement?

Hi ​@Manz1966,

Are you wanting to disconnect the contract or make a payment for the remaining balance on the contract?

If you wish to leave and keep your number. Please follow the steps here: Using your iD Mobile SIM, text PAC and your Date of Birth (DDMMYY) to 65075. You can also request a PAC in the iD Mobile app.

Once the account is disconnected you’ll receive a final bill which you’ll need to pay in 14 days.

Please let us know and we can advise further and PM you if required.
