won’t transfer my original sky number

Can you help me. As I can’t seem to transfer my original number from Sky which I have tried 3 times with a PAC code every time I then get a text saying it will transfer on x day and then never does.

what should I do now?

Does your Sky SIM still work? 

Assuming the PAC is not expired (was generated in the last 30 days) I’d recommend getting our Live Chat agents: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat to submit the port for you.

Type ‘Speak to someone’ to connect to an agent.

I have got in contact and a member of the team said that I would get back my original number tomorrow by 10pm. IF not I will report back
