Payment failing

I have been trying to pay my bill, with different cards for accounts that 100% have the funds, and it keeps saying payment has failed.

I don't know how to fix this and I need to be able to use my phone!

You could try the iD automated telephone payment service on 0333 003 0001, and entering the mobile number to pay.

Are you still having issues?

Make sure that the name on the account and card matches as the billing details need to be the same.
