April CPI increase 2025

Hi I just received a text message from ID saying that my bill from April Will be affected by the CPI. But I got my Upgrade on the 14th January this year and it says on my Contract that the CPI won't go up until next April . So it shouldn't go up ?

    Purchases/upgrades on the 14th January would be subject to this years CPI increase.

    Purchases after 28/02/25 would not be increased.

    Thanks for the reply but that's misleading then as it says on my contract Next April Referring to April 2026 not This April .

    Hey there ​@BTRG3291, I wouldn’t believe that this is mis-leading, as next April is still April this year, as it’s the next April.

     

    I would completely agree with you if we said April 2026, as that’d be signifying next year, but we’re just suggesting next April, which is indeed April 2025 and correct.
