If not, it’ll continue on the same plan and payments until you cancel it. Or did you take out an upgrade?

Thank you for your reply.
I took up an upgrade but still being charged twice. One is my old plan at £15.60 and one is the upgrade at £7.00.
Please can you cancel asap the plan that is still charging me £15.60.

Hey there @MWood1979, if you ordered an upgrade, this would automatically take over the new plan and cost, so you wouldn’t be charged twice. Therefore, a new contract must’ve been ordered I’m afraid.
