My first bill was paid on the 3rd of march and I accidentally cancelled the direct debit but set it back up. I also changed my payment date for the payments, today I went onto the ID App and it's saying my bill is overdue and my new direct debit I set up has also been cancelled and I can't set a new one until I pay again but I have already paid. Can you please explain what has happened. Many thanks. Michael Milner.
