Hi my bill is showing 74.16 and it was supposed to be 39.99 I can't understand it for what is that price how can I contact someone???

How long have you been with iD Mobile? Have you recently moved from another provider?

The extra charge can be due to anything from the changeover date from a previous network or out of plan charges e.g. use of short codes.

What does your current bill say?

You can access and download your current and previous bills by logging into the iD Mobile app or online My Account, then navigating to the "Bills" or "My Billing" section. You can then download the bills in PDF format which will detail your usage.
